Established in 1977, Lisec & Biederman, Ltd., Architects and Planners provides complete architectural services through every project phase including programming, feasibility studies and site evaluation; conceptual, schematic and definitive design; contract documents, bid evaluation, observation of construction progress, and post-construction services. In addition, interior design, space planning and master planning services can be offered.

The firm has in-depth experience on a wide range of projects encompassing virtually every building type and program scope, in many cases for repeat clients. Principals Michael Lisec and Fritz Biederman provide design and management leadership to project architects, designers and job captain personnel, all holding degrees from accredited architecture programs. Consultants in the engineering and specialized area disciplines are retained on a specific project basis to complement our own staff in a team approach focused on the unique requirements of the building program at hand.

Our approach to each building program emphasizes innovation in design, always within budget constraints, and responsible detailing throughout. Traditional design and production processes are enhanced by a full range of computer-aided drafting and specification development capabilities. Presentations may include three dimensional visualization, both as still images and as animated fly-throughs.
